Is anybody using 'parent ticket' inside cases? I'm unclear on the purpose of this, other than notekeeping and I don't find anything about this field in the docs or the wiki.
Any experts here on this? I have users who would really like to assign ticket (Case) relationships and this looked like a helpful item, but I can't see how it's use does more than just relate things, with no functionality available.
Thoughts?
