    Default User Access Control?

    Hi Guys,

We have two sites that will be using the same Sugar install. For the new person starting at the 'other' site, we only want to give them access to two accounts (for the sites he'll be supporting) and only his own tickets for these sites.

    Is this possible?

    Cheers,

    K.

Yes it is possible to filter only for users to be able to see stuff that are assigned to them, in this case account and tickets.

Where would we do this from We've had a play in user roles etc. But he's still able to see all accounts. In the main screen he can only see his tickets, but don't want him to be able to see all accounts.
