I am new to SugarCRM. My supervisor just requested I investigate the following issue. I have Googled it and search as best I could the documentation and these boards. Any help would be appreciated...
Currently we have to assign a case, task, call, meeting, etc… to a single person. Is it possible that someone wrote an extension to have it notify several people? I say wrote an extension because I don’t believe this is at all possible with the out of the box Community edition. This might be some addon we have to purchase or customize with another field that gets notified if the box is checked and users are entered.
