We have some users registered on Sugar CRM. They work at the sales dept. and they send emails to our customers by using Sugar CRM (using email templates) . All the accounts are configured equals with SMTP to send email and they all can send emails, except one user.
He has the same configuration that the others have, but he just can not send emails by Sugar. The emails which he tryes to send stay with "error on sent" status.
We are using Sugar Suite 4.5.0e version.
Can anyone help?
