    Default User can't access the "My Open Case" area

    I got this message when a user trying to access it's account:

    "My Open Case
    You do not have access to this area. Please contact your site administrator if you believe that you should have access.
    Redirect to Home in X seconds"

    This message loops every 3rd second.

    I've tried to to change the password, restart my browser without any help.
    The funny thing is that if I get this message for one of the user I'm not able to access with the Admin account eighter. Then I have to restart my browser to get access.

    Hi,

    just create new roles and logically assign rights.
    eg. you cannot give someone a right to view all and then deny him the right for list.
    it kinda conflicts itself. but in case it continues just create other roles give it some few seconds and then log in.
    that is what i did you too can try that out.
