User Getting "Exports Disabled" message for Leads Search results

Webserver: Apache 2.2
PHP: 5..2.6-1
mysql : 5.0.36-Debian

When user clicks on Export button at top of Leads Search returns list, a blank page results with the error msg:
"Exports Disabled."

Doing the same when logged into an account with Admin privileges produces an export, a csv file, as expected.

User profile for users getting the error message have all modules, incl. Leads "Enabled" and all functions, including Export marked as "All". Nothing else in the profile seems to affect Export.

Anybody know what's causing this and how to fix?

Hi Mary,

Check under Admin-->Locale Settings and under the Export Settings area, check to see if the following 2 fields are checked off;

Disable export:
Admin export only:

[marygabq]

That did it.
