User management - Access level

Hey guys,

I work in a commpany that need a CRM software for free and SugarCRM Community has everything we need, but access level (at least I didn't find).

As I'm a beginner in the SugarCRM I would like to ask you if it's possible to create a user where he can only see some Opportunities/Projects/Accounts or Contacts (let's say, just those that he is assigned to) or restrict the edition of these opportunities. For example:

Let's say that I have the opportunities X and Y and the user Michael is assigned only to the opportunity X, so I just want him to see the informations of that opportunity or that he can't edit the opportunity Y, is it possible?

As you guys might guess, we want to create a network where many can see the companies that we contacts and negotiation but we don't want them to see the phone/name of the contact, status of the negotiation and etc.
