    Default User privileges

    I would like to ask you about user privileges. I already have some accounts, leads and contacts created from other users in the past. Now I have created a new user but he cannot view any of those accounts or leads or contacts. I have checked his privileges in sugar crm administration and for all Modules View = 'All', Usertype = 'normal', List = 'All', Access = 'Enabled'. Can you please advice? Thanks in advance.

    It sounds like the new user is not a member of the same teams that are associated with the previously created accounts and contacts.

    Try to make their primary team "Global" or to add the new user into the same teams that the person who originally created the accounts (and other items) was a member of.
