User Role

Hi again,

Here I am again with another issue, the problem now is that I have a user who has a noneadmin role
which grants him access to two custom modules, that's how the role was defined but my user still can't
access to the mentioned modules and always gets the message "you don't have access, contact your
administrator" or something like that. I checked it out and the user has this role assigned and everything
seems to be fine but the issue is still there, he can't see the subpanel listed in the accounts module; Now,
if I put him as an admin he can see it all but that's not the idea.

Can you please help me fix this new issue?, ...this is driving me insane!!!

Any help will be very much appreciated guys!!!!!
