User Role & Permissions problem

Hi,

I am using SugarCRM CE 5.5.2 on Ubuntu Linux.

I have setup up a role for Sales Managers that should allow them to export leads as per the attached screen shot.

When the sales manager runs a search on the leads module, clients, calls module etc where they then try and export the results they receive the following error message "Exports Disabled" on the screen despite having the permission to export for that particular module.

I know I am probably doing something very stupid and would appreciate it if somebody could point me in the right direction.
