About LinkBacksHey,
when I change export char set from UTF-8 to CP1252 this doesnt change the export char set in any user profile (same for date format). Is this a bug or a feature?
(Using several CE 5.2i/j versions)

Export char set is a user by user setting .... goto admin>user management
