    Default Users cannot see Email Template Attachments

    Hello,

    We currently have a few E-mail Templates with attachments. It seems unless a user is a System Administrator, they cannot see the attachments.

    We have a role with Documents, Emails, Email Templates and Email marketing to 'All' for every option.

    We are on Sugar 6.2.3 any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    did you get an answer to this? We are using sugar 6.3 - and have the exact same issue ... is there a user setting or something that needs to be configured?

    Just figured it ... trail and error.

    In the roles set the list setting to "All" for Notes.
    Then the EMail attachments become visiable for non-admin users.
