    Default Users and Employees

I have two questions regarding users and employees....

    1. What is the difference between a user and an employee?

    2. Can I delete a user and/or employee?

    Thanks in advance,

    Default Re: Users and Employees

    Hello,

Users are the people who can log into and use the system. When you create a user, an employee is alsoo created (the address information, phone number etc are pulled from the User module into the Employee).

Additional, non user employees can also be created and entered into the system. All non-admin users have access to the employee module, so it is really a list of contact information for people within your organization.

Neither users nor employees can be deleted. You can only make them inactive.
