Can i get information about when the user logged in to SugarCRM?

Yes, you need the tracker module in admin section.

How can i enable tracker module?

I found "Tracker" module listed in Detail View of Users module.
but it's Access was set to "None".

Edit the permission in Related Role detail view.
Admin -> Role Management
