Users missing from dashlets

For some reason my dashlets are not showing the usernames for some of the tasks. It shows other, older users, but any of the new users I create will not show up in the dashlets. Also of note is that when I go to customize the dashlet, these same users are now shown in the 'Assigned user id' or 'Create by id' select boxes.

In the Task listview it does show which users created the task so I'm assuming this problem is limited to the dashboard. I've manually removed the cache and tried to rebuild the dashlet cache through the admin interface but still the problem remains.

I've made doubly sure that the users are not 'special' in any way or that permissions might be off.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

I facing some problem with the user & team list. Found that it is due to the cache inside sugarcrm causing the problem.
You may try to restart your http & check.
If it is the same problem, it should be reflects all the users inside the lists.

Or you may make some changes in the include/utils.php file (function get_user_array, set the $from_cache to false).
