    Default User's viewing other's emails

    Is there a way for me to disallow certain users to view other user's emails?
    When I create a role that only allows them to see their own emails, the user is unable to see the group inbox.
    The way we operate is that mail comes into sales@example.com then is assigned to users from there. We need the users to be able to see the stuff coming into the group box, but be unable to view other employee's personal mailboxes through the "All Emails" tab.

    I know in the pro version you have private team that is assigned to one user. You might want to check out sugarforge projects. I have glanced at a couple of team management that might do the trick for the opensource version.

    I have not used or tested any of these solutions but you might want to try them on a test server first.
