    Default Using activity list

    Hi all,

    I'm now beginning to use Sugar and I had searched on here but found nothing that answered my question;

    I have brought up my activity list and I expected that it would consist of all activities that were due for that day, or a complete list of all activities due - however it also brings up activities that have been Held

    This proves confusing as I have to go through each one to check if I need to action, is there another way for todays activities, or for today & future activities. Seeing held or completed seems a waste of time.

    Thanks in anticipation

    Try using the Advanced Search tab to refine your list and only display those that have a status of "Planned" and "Not Held", depending on your usage of the latter.

    Smile Re: Using activity list

    Thank you angel

    That tip just gave me a bit of confidence to have a play and it works, I've also managed to allow the call type to be displayed

    I dont suppose anyone knows how to ensure tasks and calls are shown on this activity page, as I've noticed only calls are here, although I do some tasks by diary date and could do with them showing up as well

    My play did not uncover if this was possinle

    Each activity type has its own listing. If you notice the left hand menu of the Activities module will provide links to Calls, Meetings, Notes, Tasks, etc.

    Clicking those would allow you to see the various activity types, but there is no way to get all of them displayed in one consolidated view without modifying the Sugar code.

    One option which you might consider is using the graphical calendar. It is not a list view, but it does show tasks and other activity types in one location.
