Default Using Calculated Fields in Workflow Alert Emails

    Hi
I have successfully created a Workflow that sends an Alert Email to the Assigned User upon Conversion of the Lead. This email includes a number of Custom Fields, however 2 Fields that contain Calculated Values aren't getting populated in the email.
The database is showing the values that should be in the email but the email just has blanks where the values should be.

I have tried several alternative methods to get around this. Creating a workflow for New Contacts when the Lead is converted into a Contact but this didn't work either.

I'm a little confused by this, I can't seem to get 2 simple values into an email using standard built in methods?

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I'm using SugarCRM 6.2 Pro on Windows server with MySQL
    Thanks in advance
