Hi All,

I'm trying to use sugarCRM (4.2.1b and in test 4.5 beta) to use the Central European Character set, but it just will not work. Can someone point me to the necessary steps (OS, MySQL, PHP, SugarCRM) to configure a system for a certain character set?
