I have a need where a case ticket needs to show how quickly we responded to a customer, for SLA purposes.

We use Notes in a case to details call backs etc. I have created a checkbox called 'Initial Call Back' in the notes module, and want to use workflow to populate a datetime field in the related case record.

As you can't create a datetime field in Studio, I cloned a datetime field, and have added it to the forms. However this field does not appear in the available fields in the workflow editor to update.

How can I update this field?
