Using existing fields into new modules

Hi

I am on Sugar Community Edition Version 5.0.0g (Build 3391).

1) I have created customized fields in the Opportunities module and would want the same fields to appear in the Accounts module without having to add the same fields into it. Can I drag these existing fields into other modules?

2) How do I create customized reports?

Let me know if I understood properly:
1) You want to make available in the Accounts layout the custom fields you created in the Opportunities, right? Actually do you want to create in Accounts the same fields you just created in Opportunities? Or do you want to access the Opportunities fields in the Accounts layout?

2) Reports is a module built for the licensed flavors (PRO and ENT).

I would want to display the same fields which I created in the Opportunities module onto the Accounts module, Not adding of the same fields.

Also, is there a limit to the no. of users who can login to the system at same time? is there a conflict rule ie. if the same user is updating the same record at the same time, what happens then?
