I'm trying to use the HTML 5 offline application manifest to be able to speed up sugar. I would like to download all the images and css files offline to increase the startup and usage. We have a lot of users in far east with slow connections and the application is very slow to load up.

My problem is that sugar adds a unique key for every image or script like:
/themes/default/images/advanced_search.gif?c=1
This prevents the offline files to be used as the url gets unique.

Has anyone any expirience in this? The performance in Sugar is a very big issue for us
