Default Using Outlook for email within Suger

    Greetings-

My co-worker and I are new to Sugar. For some reason, he was able to disable the email feature in Sugar so when he clicks on the name (ie johnsmith@abs.com), rather than launching a separate email within Sugar, it launches Outlook. That's what I want.

However, we don't know how to do it. He doesn't know what he did to do that. So while he gets that convenient, I have to still copy/paste.

Can anyone direct me to this solution?

    Thank you.

go into My account > Edit > Email Settings and change email client to external email client.

    Should be good to go.
