Default Using specific "from" address for an email template

One of my email templates will involve an email to fax service. This service requires that all faxes come from a specific email address, so all of my users need to send these email from that address, rather then the address associated with their user account.

This is only for that one particular template, though. I know the users could manually enter the "from" address in the field...but I honestly don't trust them to remember to do that, and it really would get too tedious.

Is this something easily altered? As I said, it would only be for one specific template.
