UTF-8 with ZuckerReport

Hi All
i have Mysql Database and i make some reports in iReport, it's working fine with UTF-8 arabic characters
but when i import this reports in ZuckerReports i try to make PDF file but the arabic UTF-8 not appear on the PDF file
but when i make XLS file arabic UTF-8 it's working fine ....
and my second problem is when i make word templates all fields it's working fine only arabic UTF-8 it's come rubbish
how can i solve the PDF problem
and what about word Templates problem ?
