Dear all,

I'm currently using latest Sugarcrm 5.1 everything work fine except the inbound email.

I use Thai language mostly for our email. So I setup everything in UTF-8. But I something receive email from other source in windows-874 charset or tis620. It didn't convert to UTF-8 in the raw of the email. Here's some of my raw email.

The email is sent from hotmail. As you can see it still charset=windows-874. I hope it convert into UTF-8 so the Sugarcrm Email can read it properly.

But it work fine if another user using Sugar send me the email. The charset is set to UTF-8. And I can read it.

Is there's anyway to fix this issue?
