Now that the emails have been moved into a new table and they are using an intersection table to populate contacts, leads etc...

How does the SOAP call look to populate the email address fields? I have tried looking everywhere I can but can't find any examples.

A Note: If you are importing from 4.5.1 choose the second email: field to import into to get the leads emails to import.
