Default V6, mail campaigns, cronjob, php memory allocation

My sugarcrm is installed on a hosted server and I can only get 50mb allocated to php. So everytime the cronjob starts running it fails, the a vm is exceeded, and the server is killing the process
can some please tell me how much memory php needs to run mail campaigns automatically, or can the cronjob be adjusted

    thx
    darren

Default Re: V6, mail campaigns, cronjob, php memory allocation

I have tried setting up the mail sending in two different ways.
    1. Send 6 mails every minute
    2 send 50 mails every 6 minutes
in both case keeping it under 500 An Hour
if I manuat start the cron then it does start. And says it's complete but if you check the log it gives a vm error.
