validate fild no match advise

When u use a related field and want to save with an invalid content, you receive a rflashing red advise: "no match for field".
When you are typing, sugar autocomplete with valid info and if you are typing some invalid inmediately appears "no match"

If I have a custom module with custom related fields...... I obtain the first validation (no match for field when I want to save) but I haven't the second one (no match for some sort of autocomplete)

How can I fix this? I want to have this kind of autocomplete in my custom related fields
