Validation Rules

Is there a way to create validation rules for users so that our information doesn't get cluttered? Also for adding customized fields such as:

- if the user selects yes, then an additional field is highlighted allowing them to select a value. If no is selected, then there is no need for the additional field.

You can't do this through built-in features.

You would need to add some custom Javascript code to do what you want. Note that this would not be upgrade safe and you would have to manually merge in your custom code if you upgrade Sugar.
