Validations in sugarcrm 5.1

How can i restrict the user not to enter any other characters except numbers in my textbox.
How can i achieve it please send me the solution as soon as possible.

Are you meaning textbox the text field (like the name field) or a text area (description field)?

Add a custom field of type "Decimal" or "Integer" for this field. It will check on save to see if any non-numeric characters have then been entered. You can do this through Studio.
