Value of 'Array' in the Leads - Industry Column

Leads problem... I recently noticed values of 'Array' showing up in the list view for our Leads; in the Industry field. Most of the values are correctly showing the industry name, but any leads that are modified are being dropped --- replaced by 'Array'.

The Detail View shows the Industry type correctly. If you view the Edit View, it also shows it properly. If you save the Lead, with or without modification to the Industry field, the value changes to 'Array'. Mass updating of the Leads also causes the Industry field to the dropped.

I've tried a couple of things so far. I went into the industry_dom and editted/saved things. I replaced the field in the edit and detail views. I've run a Rebuild Relationships. Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?
