Values from drop down lists not saving

Hi
I have my case status, subject and type in a drop-down list pulling from a table in the database.
These drop-downs populate correctly with all necessary values but when i save the case after filling in all details and choosing correct drop-down values they are not written to the case entry in the database, they are just blank.

Any help on were i should be looking?

One more thing, i did move to a new server and copied over a the Sugarcrm directory from old server..

Please, provide zipped custom/modules/Cases/ and cache/modules/Cases/
Let us know if these buggy fields are "name", "status" and "type".

Indeed the buggy fields are status name and type....
