I have the VCR controls disappearing for only one of many users. This is occurring in the contacts module. The user has only her own contacts listed. When she opens one for editing then saves it the vcr controls are no longer visible. Yet other users with the same setup do not have this problem.

This is a call centre so it is time consuming for the user to return to the contact display view.

Any ideas?
