Newbie to CRMs and Sugar.

We are trying to evaluate SugarCRM CE for our company. We are trying to limit accessibility to accounts and possibly to other modules like below:

Account_A is a company that is related to web
and
Account_B is a company that is related to energy

I need to have roles like sales and marketing and limit access to different accounts. For example a sales person that deals with Energy companies not to have access to web related accounts ie Account_A.

At the meantime I would like to have a management role that has access to everything.

I have tried a module called TeamsCE and it sounded like what I need. Unfortunately it looks like it cannot limit access to different accounts or maybe we do not understand how to use it.

Any suggestions? or other modules to evaluate?
