Vers. 4.5 Missing Studio link to "Migrate Custom Fields"

Hello,

I've just upgraded from verson 4.2.1 to Version 4.5 of the Open Source SugarCRM, and when I go to the Studio section of the Admin tab, the "Migrate Custom Fields" option is missing.

Does anyone else see this link, or, is there a new method for migrating custom fields?

index.php?module=Administration&action=Development

to get there.
