Hello everyone,
It seems like we haven't set up our email system properly.
As consensus, our IT department has installed a Sugar Plug-in on each outlook's user so each user decides which email archive and which ones not.
However, even though all users have checked/activated the "notify on assignment" feature listed on their own accounts, it does not work yet.
Is there something that we are missing?
Thanks in advance, as you know notification are important so our users follow up the leads that have been assigned to them and so on.
