very slow in checking email

Hi guys i don't know you but it's very hard to me undestand how this software works. I configured 3 groups user and i got in righ way the imbound email but;

firsi question: why on server i can see the message in Group Inbox listed. while on client i see Group Inbox (4) but anything where i can access. Look at pictures.

Second things: If User A form server click Import from Group inbox the other one on client will not be able to forward to his Inbox?

I am very confused. Who can explain me how it works? This is the most important things i suppose. My i forward one inbound email to My Inbox of another client .

Help me please...
