very strange upload error

I have a very odd error I can not seems to figure out if it is a Sugar bug or a server issue. I have no problem uploading 10MB files to the documents section of Sugar nor do I have issues attaching a 10 mb file to an email. But when I try and send the file I get an internal server error. Her is the error in the server logs.

File does not exist: /var/www/vhosts/***.com/httpdocs/Sugarcrm/include/javascript/yui/build/tabview/undefinedundefined, referer: http://***.com/Sugarcrm/index.php?mo...s&action=index

Now what is odd I can send a 4 mb file with no issues only the 10 mb file will not send and gives errors with the above error in the logs. Also as stated I have no issue uploading the files to sugar as a document but I simply can not send a file that is 10 mb in size.

Any ideas?

Check your upload_max_filesize value in the php.ini file

This is not the issue as stated I have no problem in uploading files it is only when I try and send and email with a doc larger that 3 - 4 MB in size. I uploaded a 10 mb file to the documents section of Sugar but after I attach it to the email it fails like I explained in the the logs it gives the error I explained. It is very odd and hope someone has some idea what could cause this. I can attach a file from the documents section smaller than 3 - 4 mb and send fine.

So again the issue is not with uploading the files to sugar either in the docs or directly to the email that works fine it is the actually sending process that fails with files larger than 3- 4 mb.

Did you send e-mail messages via SMTP protocol?
