View All Emails problem (5.2.0i)

Please excuse the lack of Sugar-etiquette from my post - I am a new user/poster.

The symptoms of my problem are the following:
- in the View All Emails page from the Emails module (../index.php?module=Emails&action=ListViewAll) all of the emails are visible (send/received through SugarCRM personal/group email accounts by using admin/non-admin SugarCRM accounts)

Has anyone else encountered this problem before?

Hello,

this listview works like all the other modules in the system. The emails are records for this module. By default, they are viewable by everyone. You can use Role Security to restrict users to view only the Email records assigned to them.
