View all entries in calendar

We are new to Sugar (V4). We want to use it as our company calendar. There are about 15 of us in total. We want to be able to view all activities for all of us, plus enter resources. Does anybody do this or know how to do this please? Thanks, Tracey

You can view the activities for all users clicking in Shared Calendar Button.
What is "Enter Resources"?

Hello Folks, I am also a new user to SugarCRM and I am using the community edition...
I have tried this suggestion and I still can not see the appointments that other users have added...
Is this for the Professional edition only??

u can edit the view of shared calendar.

click on the Edit link (screen shot attached).

& Select users for calendar display. & press select button.
