View Appointments for All / Other Users

Hi there,

We rely on sugar to track our leads and sales process, which involves scheduling appointments to see our potential customers.

My office manager has the task of managing all our schedules, but I can't seem to find a way to get the Calendar to show appointments for all users - when she logs in, she only sees the ones she's listed as attending.

Is there any way for her to view the appointments for other users without logging in as them?

Any assistance would be very appreciated.
