viewing all events related to an account

i would like to view all events related to an account regardless the type of event (case, call, mail, campaign)
how can i do that in the sub panel

you will have to create a custom entry in your layout_defs.php that is populated based on a custom function query. this query will most likely be complex based on how many tables you're going to be querying from to populate this "events" sub-panel.
