After some searching on the boards, I can not seem to find my issue anywhere, so I am reaching out to all of you for some help.

We are using SugarCRM in our telemarketing department here. Basically, we have appointment setters calling businesses, and if they are interested in our services, we input them as a lead and then set up a meeting for our sales reps to go out and see them. When the appointment setter creates the lead, they assign it to the rep's username, and then also create a meeting under the lead for when the person wants to meet with our rep. That meeting is also assigned to the rep's username.

The problem we are running into is that we have 10 people setting appointments for 20+ reps. And they can not see the rep's calander beforehand to know when there is an opening in the schedule. We also have 3 or 4 office admins that make confirmation calls, reschedule meetings, etc. They too can not see the meetings.

The only way I have found to make it all work is to have the appointment setters invite the admins to the meeting, so it then shows up on the shared calander. Problem is, with multiple reps out on meetings, it causes conflicts.

I really just need a way to view anyone's calander, see all their meetings, and if role permits, modify them.

PS - We are on CE Version 6.1.0 (Build 5389).
