The one problem we had with ACT! was that it was so difficult to see what our sales reps were doing at any time. By going to Sugar we have SQL access and can write report using Perl, Crystal, etc and pretty much find out anything we need to know.
What I've been doing tonight is seeing what is available to our users from the web interface to see current activity.
When I click on Activities I see a 'Call List'. when I click on Notes I see list of Notes. All our reps are required to enter email activity in Sugar and I've imported all email History from ACT! into Sugar. When I click on Emails I obviously go to the Email interface. what I want to do is see Email history. Can someone tell me where to find that?
