Viewing Leads/Opportunities in Campaign Details

I am running 4.5.1 and when I am logged in (as an admin) and I go to the View Details section of Campaigns, I am able to see what leads have come in from that campaign and what opportunities have been created from those leads. When I set up a campaign for a specific user (that is NOT an admin) and they log in and go to view what leads/opportunities have been created from their campaign, they have a different set of (?) dashlets (i dont think they are called dashlets but the movable sections listed below the campaign details).

How can i specify what dashlets (?) are seen by what type of users?

Logged as any admin user can you see the subpanels under the Campaigns detail?
And logged as any non admin user can't you see them?

Perhaps the user preferences are currupted.
Try clean the user preferences.

Actually, as the non-admin, i can still see sub-panels but it is a different set. As admin, I have a subpanel title 'Leads' and one titled 'Opportunities'. These will show leads/opportunities created.

As non-admin, I see a different set... mostly email campaign related. There is one called 'Leads Created' but this does NOT show the leads that are assigned to that campaign ID.

So it seems that there is just a different association for that user.

There are no rule which restrict access to some subpanel only for admin users.
It seems to be due user preferences.
Try reset the user preferences.

This user is bound to a strict set of rules under Roles. This user is meant for someone that is an outside referral partner so they can monitor the progress of the leads that they referred over.

I have denied them access to everything except Campaigns, Leads, and Opportunities. For these 3 categories, they are only allowed to Export, List, and View.

Could that be whats causing it? I dont see any other options that would open up their preferences in such a way.

You can confirm it adding another user to that role.

If this another user has no access to the subpanel so the role are triggering this issue.
