Default Viewing old web to lead forms

Quick question: on Sugar On Demand (Professional 6.1), how do you edit a web to lead form that was created in the past?

Also, (pardon me, not sure how to edit thread title to reflect this addition) is there any more functionality to this form, such as automatically assigning and emailing the lead to someone? At the very least, for example, I would like to have all leads from that given form a) get emailed to a specified user, and b) be Assigned To and tied to the Team of a specified user. I realize we can just make a workflow that sends out a new email alert triggered by, say, any time the Last Name field does not equal "123" or something, but that seems to be a tedious workaround.

If the web to lead form functionality doesn't allow for this out of the box, is there a lead management extension on SugarForge that someone could recommend? Thanks.

I have the exact same questions:
    1. How to edit an existing Web-to-lead-form? (I need to add a field)
    2. Documentation on how to configure email triggers for each new lead.
    3. Documentation on all available fields (need to know the specific types available so I can choose the best for my needs)

A reply would be greatly appreciated.
