Viewing Priveleges

I am trying to set a role taht will allow sales people to see documents they create as well as documents created by the marketing department while not allowing them to see other salespeoples created documents. Is this possible within the role management settings or is there a setting I am missing? I tried to search the subject but could not find any topics. Any help is appreciated.

Roles Management is not the enough to get it working.
You need to use the Security Suite (Teams implementation for CE version) to enable access to the "marketing department" (a Team).
