VoiceRD installed but no icons

I've noticed there are a few on here who are pretty hard on new users asking for help. I find that rather sad considering this is all about being a community. You help me, I help someone else, it flows on.

Anyhow, I've searched both google and the forums and cannot find a solution to this so am asking here.

VoiceRD is installed, I seem to have it configured but no icons are showing up. Everything is activated along with a username for access etc so what might I be missing?

I'm not sure what else to add so please ask me and I'll provide a reply.

have you tried contacting Novacoast (VoiceRD) directly about this?

The fix is simple, it's already working, that's just not very clear when you install it. You have to go into the Administrators menu, create a new user, then you'll see the new Extension option.

yes, i had the same problem, but are you using the pro version of VOICERD? mine is not pro, so it doesn´t have many features =/ i wold like to purchase it
