want to put TinyMCE in subpanel

Hi,

i want to put TinyMCE plug ins in History subpanel. when we click the button "Create Note or Attachment" it show this screen :



i want to put TinyMCE plug ins in the note field of Note module so anyone help me to solve this problem


or anyone help me how to open full form of Note module. just like when we click Full Form button in history subpanel.. I got my TinyMCE plug ins in my Full Form of Note edit view....
